Adminstrative Addition of Addin is helpful for Administrators. It can be installed on the server or domain and all the users on the server can access the addin with out Individual Installations. This version supports "Terminal Server Setup".

User Edition of this Outlook Add-in must be installed for every user, individually. It can't be used for Installation on server. When this Add-in is installed in a computer, Only the user of installed computer has access to Add-in. This Version don't support "Terminal Server Setup". Though it's User Edition, Installation of this Add-in requires Administrator Privillages.
